When the Offer Arrives

- Negotiate all Offer’s on the Seller’s behalf after thorough discussions
- Obtain signatures from all parties to bind the Offer of Purchase and Sale
- Prepare and convey any counter Offers, waivers, amendments and acceptances
- Once an Offer is accepted the paperwork will be delivered to all parties
- Record and place Buyer’s deposit cheque into Brokerage trust account
- Discuss whether to continue to show property or not show (only on a conditional sale)
- Change status of listing
- Co–ordinate Buyer’s inspections and appraisals as required
